I love cooking and baking! It’s therapeutic and I especially love doing it for other people and showing them how to cook. Cooking with love makes the food taste better!
I started baking when I was 10 and I raised 2 boys and a girl on homemade food. They weren’t raised on packaged, quick meals. They are all adults now. That hasn’t stopped me from still cooking good food and now I have more free time to be a little more creative with what I cook and how much I cook. I don’t have to cook for 5 anymore so definitely learning to scale down.
These days I am all about incorporating less sugar, less processed ingredients into my baking and cooking dishes. You will find a variety here where some days it might be super healthy and some days not so much so.
